Buyer reviewFinding a home is hard enough, and finding a good realtor can be just as difficult. Where does a person even start? You need a guide, you need an expert, you need Christine Matheny. If you're reading this review, you likely already know the North Idaho market is daunting for a buyer. With that said, and this is not bragging on my part, this is proving a point, with Christine on our team, we got the first house we made an offer on. And there were offers higher than ours! Sure, a lot of things had to add up, but without Christine's attention to detail, timeliness, intuition, local knowledge, contacts, and resources, it never would have happened. She took the time to get to know my family and our needs from the start, and I felt like I was her only client from that point on. Thanks to her thoughtfulness along the way, this daunting process was enjoyable right down to the end, and for the first time in a long time, I truly felt home. Thanks Christine!
