Buyer reviewChristine Stout walked us through every step. She was patient, kind, informative, and didn't leave out any details - even the difficult ones. She listened to what we wanted and were looking for and was courageous enough to stand up for us and get us the best middle-ground possible with negotiations, thus helping everyone have a positive experience. Christine was patient with changes and respected our wishes with what we felt comfortable doing. She also explained the process, checked in frequently, and was bold in her communications on our behalf. She was very prompt to complete everything that was needed. Christine Stout was fantastic to work with!

She did a fantastic job at staying close to prospective buyers, and then with the selling agent as we entered into a contract.Christine has a vast experience and knowledge of real estate contracts, and was extremely patient with explaining all of our options in layman's terms. Christine was over the top friendly and even brought me a homemade remedy and gift when I was sick. She went above and beyond and we really appreciate all she did for us.
