Chris is a highly trained professional who was a pleasure to work with. Our home had several drawbacks, but Chris stuck with it and we sold for the price we wanted. I am recommending Chris to othe potential sellers and I know he will do a great job! Chris did an outstanding job. We owned a 1936 cape and it is not an open concept. Chris was able to help potential buyers visualize what could be done. Chris is a super star! The office should be very proud of Chris.

Chris Would go out of his way to keep you informed, never rushed you off the phone and his knowledge of the neighborhood was crucial. I would recommend him to anybody selling a home in Long Island NY.
