Seller reviewChris Vallo was very personable, communicative, and knowledgeable at every step of my home's sale. He approached the recent sellers of several of the homes in my immediate area to get a good idea of how many offers they received and for how much before pricing out my home. My house had a solid offer within the first day of listing, and he handled everything from start to finish with aplomb and skill. We never had to wonder what was happening at any step -- his communication was always thorough. I always looked forward to hearing from him because he was always fun and upbeat.
