I was referred to Century 21 from a close relative. Christy was very patient with us in explaining the whole home buying processing step-by-step. We had never purchased a home before so having her explain the contracts and closing, her attention to details when negotiating the contracts and knowledge of the area were very important and helpful to us. We were referred from two close relatives to purchase a home through Christy. Everything that we were told was true, she was always kind, reliable, professional, personable, and we trusted her with everything each step of the way. This was our first time purchasing a home and the processing can be very intimidating, whenever we had questions or didn't understand something she always made us feel comfortable and was available to answer. We truly appreciate her! On closing day the entire staff made us feel welcomed and happy for us. They did a great job at explaining all of the documents, answered any questions we had, and it was great to also meet the loan officer that helped is through this process as well.
