Buyer reviewChristy was absolutely amazing to work with. She was able to work with my crazy schedule to show me the houses that I was interested in. She answered all of my questions and if she wasn't sure of something she would find out and get back to me. Communication was really good between us, which was very important to me. She made the house buying experience less stressful with her great personality. She was always willing to go to a showing and stayed as long as I wanted. Christy really made the house buying experience a fun and easy one, from beggining to the end.

During negotiations, she stood my my requests and made sure I was comfortable with our decisions. The closing was quick and easy. She even gave me the nicest closing gift! As a first time homebuyer we were nervous but her knowledge of houses and home buying she was able to answer any questions we had and if she didn't know she had a lot of contacts to call to get answers and ease our nervousness. All in all she was just simply amazing.

Seller reviewChristy was great to work with on the sale of our home! We had a rather strict timeline and her sale palan helped us stick to it. Our house was sold and we were in our new home at the start of the school year. Christy was with us every step of the process and made sure to follow through and get us answers to all of our questions. She even had a list of recommendations for us when we needed service providers to fix-up small issues around the house. We could not have been happier and would definitely recommend Christy to anyone who is looking at selling their home!
