Seller reviewChuck always kept us well informed on what was going on with my house. He checked on our house periodically to make sure everything was okay and in tact since we live out of town and was selling from a distance. Our pipes busted on the coldest day of the year due to the furnance going out and Chuck caught it just in time for our insurance company to get involved and get it fixed! He is a man of his word and there was never a time that I second guessed him. He literally took a lot of the load off of me and my daughter (who was pregnant and had a baby while helping me handle this business). We needed some work done per FHA inspection and he helped me find someone to get that work done. He literally took the load off of me that would have been beyond stressful for myself and my daughter. Chuck was the kindest man I have ever met! I would do business with him over and over again! If there is a bonus to give, please give it to him. He deserves it! Was glad that Chuck represented me in selling my home! Thank you so much!
