I have been a licensed Realtor in Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia for 15 years. I´ve just been awarded the accredited Buyer Representation designation. I work consistently with many First Time Buyers, Investors and Move-Up Buyers to find them the best home available. I also work closely with Sellers to help stage and advise on the best home sale tactics. In addition to being a committed Realtor, I am one of the most dedicated and committed real estate agents in DC Metro area. I´m also part of the local community and actively a part of community organizations. I have attended George Mason University and I am an active member of the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS(R). Buyer reviewCiara was an excellent buyer's agent realtor and I would highly recommend her, especially to any military buyers who are purchasing a home remotely. Ciara knew well the areas we were looking to buy, and was able to advise us on local amenities like shopping and playgrounds, and the ability to rent out the property in the future. She was always very responsive, communicative, and proactive at sending contracts and addendums to be signed, following up, and in general keeping the process moving forward. She did video showings for us at all properties and provided closeups and detailed views of all the homes. She was very flexible to work with our schedule, including a three-hour time difference, and including showings on weekends. She was always focused on our needs, and her attitude was relaxed and personable. in all our interactions with us, Ciara was so friendly, proactive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help guide us to understand contracts and the details of the process. Ciara deserves a "Patience" award for dealing with a challenging seller who acted as their own realtor. In addition to representing us, Ciara had to provide guidance to the seller/realtor in order to fill out forms correctly and supply the right documentation. Overall, Ciara was an excellent guide through this process and great to work with.
