Seller reviewCindy is truly the best realtor I've ever worked with. She made everything so easy for me throughout the Sales Process. Selling my parents home after their death was an emotional time. I hated being in the home alone and she met me there a couple of times so I wouldn't have to be by myself. The previous renters had totally trashed the house and Cindy was extremely in finding people to do the repairs and remove the trash left behind. She arranged for most of the work to be done and I didn't have to take anytime off from work to coordinate anything. Cindy had her brother come and fix a few things for me as well. She also negotiated the price of some of the repair work down for me. She sold the house much faster than I anticipated. She was very active with marketing and open houses. She brought all paperwork that needed to be signed to my house after working hours so that I didn't have to travel or take any time off work. Overall Cindy exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone for their real estate needs. I would definitely call on Cindy for my next transaction.

ALL thanks to Cindy. It was not without some challenges but Cindy definitely made it as easy as possible for us. She worked tirelessly to ensure our home sale & home purchase went well. For us, it was critical that we were able to speak with her when things arose and that we all understoodd the situation and what needed to occur. Her knowledge of the area was beneficial in finding the perfect new home and her years of experience was evident throughout the course of the transaction.
