Buyer reviewI am not an expert when it comes to realtors, however I can tell you Cindy Laton is top of the line! The whole experience working with Cindy really blew my husband and I away. She is knowledgeable about everything! She always had an answer to our questions and if she didn't she tracked it down. The home we ultimately purchased through Cindy was built in 1930 and she was very informative about all the features in the home. Cindy is SO responsive and never left a text or email go unanswered. We were not familiar with the area in which we were purchasing our new home, so we asked Cindy for recommendations when it came to inspectors, septic companies, electricians, etc. and she had a list of trusted people in the business, all of whom came through and have been great to work with. I am telling you, the process of buying our home could not have been any easier or gone more smoothly. When closing was complete, it was like saying good-bye to an old friend which was hard to do. You will not regret choosing Cindy Laton as your realtor, I can promise you that!

Buyer reviewWe chose Cindy Laton because we know she has integrity in the way she does business and genuinely cares about her clients. She helped us sell a home in Charlotte previously. I loved that she truly watched out for us and was willing to fight for us if necessary. The other realtor was not easy to deal with throughout the transaction- she was a bit abrasive. Cindy Laton dealt with her professionally. Couldn't have asked for more. It is always a struggle to choose the "right" realtor. If you are wavering at all, choose Cindy Laton. You will not be disappointed!

Which was very important to us and our family. We cannot thank her enough, Cindy will keep her promises, she told us-- "I'll have you in a house by June" and did it by May.
