I am a graduate from CSU Sacramento with a Business degree & Communications minor.
I have been very successful in Real Estate for 10 years. Before that I had 30 successful years in sales & administration.
My goal is to keep you as my client for a lifetime & not just through a transaction.
I am a full time REALTOR. This is my full-time job.
As a native of Calaveras County, I have knowledge of most of the areas in Calaveras County and will be a great resource for you.

She was very quick with communication and made us feel important and cared for. She also made sure everything was handled in a timely manner. Cindy was patient with us and understood all that we were looking for. This was our first time purchasing a home and we are extremely happy with how everything went, and love our new home!

Buyer reviewCindy Thein-Pederson is a very professional real estate agent. We had used her in looking at other properties in Moke Hill but did not purchase the properties for various reasons. Although the property we purchased was an undeveloped parcel, Cindy worked just as hard for us on this parcel as she did on other property even though the commission on the undeveloped land was much smaller. We would recommend her to anyone, especially for property in Mokelumne Hill.

Seller reviewCindy was patient in this stressful expensive time selling and buying at the same time, it was a real emotional challenge for me. At times I was less than at my best buy Cindy was always happy and hopeful while I often felt quite the opposite due to the circumstances although it was no fault of Cindy. Cindy is clearly an asset to the century 21 team. She spent hours looking at houses until we both dehydrated and red faced in the valley springs heat but she kept her composure and was professional throughout the entire process, I could go on but in short she was a pleasure to work with thank you Cindy!

We looked at other houses with other realtors out of the area and were not impressed with their knowledge or considering what our needs were. I only had to tell Cindy one time what we were looking for and what was important and she was very focused as to what she showed us. What a great personality and easy to talk to. I would definitely use her again and would always recommend her to my family if they were looking in the area.
