Claire had patience and kindness when it came to us. But she also had assertiveness to making decisions and getting things done in a timely manner. She was no nonsense. If you have a chaotic family like mine and want someone who has calmness and mentality to deal with things and situations like that Claire is the woman for the job.

My husband and I have bought and sold several properties, sometimes with a realtor and sometimes without. Claire Gillen is the best we have dealt with. Although she was very knowledgeable and professional, Claire was also very personable; an important quality in our opinion. Also very important to us is availability. Claire was always available to answer our questions and sometimes to remind us to breath. :) When she couldn't take our call, we never worried that she would call as soon as possible and sometimes texted us to let us know when she would be able to call. All in all we are very happy and grateful that we chose Claire Gillen to go through this ordeal with. Thank you Claire!!

I met Claire in 1994 while I was searching for my first home. She was wonderful, and made my first experience rememorable. After that I never saw her, but every Christmas she would send me a calendar and a card, which I couldn't believe she did. This past year I put that house on the market, and again I had the privilege of working with Claire. I remember calling her. and she immediately said she would handle everything. I was very nervous, because I was moving states. She had my house sold in 2 weeks. The closing went so smooth, and everything was done over the phone. The day of closing Claire did something that few would do. I had a water leak, the buyers wanted it fixed before closing. Claire got her plumber to fix it, and didn't charge me a dime. She was my guardian angel. When she told me what she had done, I remember crying. I would recommend her to anyone. She is not only the best realtor in my eyes. but I know I can call her my friend. She is AMAZING ;)

Did excellent explained everything in a way you could easily understand. If I had missed something she said could call anytime to get her to fill me in on it. Knew the market extremely well. If I have another property to she'll be the one selling it.

Claire is an excellent sales agent. She's always friendly, courteous and goes beyond what you may ask of her. I would recommend Claire as an agent to anyone who may need one.
