Claude Humbert started his Real Estate career through the financing side of the industry, as a Texas Licensed loan officer in 2003. He obtained his Real Estate license in 2007. Attention to details, being a listener and knowing how to negotiate are some of the skills gained from over 25 years in the engineering field. Originally from Belgium, Claude humbert has been in the US since 1985 and in The Woodlands area since 1992. Throughout his engineering career, Claude has been traveling and relocating many times around the world and, therefore, he understands first hand the difficulties involved in moving your family across town, state, country or continent! On-going education is as necessary in the Real Estate industry as it was in the engineering field. Claude currently has the following designations: ABR, SFR, CDPE, CIAS and TAHS. He also became a member of REbuildUSA and earned their 203k Specialist designation. Claude has been an active member of the South Montgomery County/The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce (The Chamber) for over 15 years and is now active with the Rayford Road Civic Association. He is currently a Director on the board of a local Municipal Utility District. Claude is also an active volunteer in the swimming community. Seller reviewClaude worked tirelessly with the bank to get the short-sale approved. I had all but lost hope. He managed to close the sale. Clause always came through. When I was too I'll to meet the inspectors, he did. I can't thank him enough for his help. If Claude hadn't been so knowledgeable in short-sales I am convinced that my property would still be unsold. The bank was difficult to work with in many aspects. Again, Claude was nothing but a true professional. I can't recommend him enough.

Buyer reviewMy Realtor Claude Humbert was extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of my purchase from the lender's side of the business to the Title Company's role. this was an extremely important factor with regards to my purchase particularly because they Lender and Title Company couldn't get on the same page with regards to the Sellers Disclosure paperwork and final numbers. Claude sent a breakdown to both with specific instructions as to how the contract was written and this provided clarity to the whole process saving me over $12000.00 in cash to close funds.
