In the early 1900's as newlyweds, my grandparents wanted a piece of paradise and found it in Southwest Florida. They worked hard to farm and improve on 160 acres in NW Cape. They were awarded the property by the U.S. Government deeding them the property free and clear under the Florida Homestead Act of 1862. The work ethics of the Nelson family has passed on to me. Growing up in Cape Coral and raising my own family I have a special love for SW Florida.Over the years, I have served on numerous governmental boards and non-profit organizations such as The City of Cape Coral Park Advisory Committee, Lee County Economic Development Committee, Chamber of Commerce and many years as an Officer of the Board of Director of Cape Coral Little League. Five years ago, while living and working in Toledo, Ohio, I randomly selected to communicate with Claudia while searching the Internet looking for houses in the Cape Coral area. We made a trip down here over a weekend and were really impressed with her. She took the time to explain the layout of the city, the current process that was going on to switch everyone from septic to city sewer, and history of the city. This information was very helpful to someone from another state. Our house was sold the day after our only open house. We had three bids to choose from and all were above our asking price. Selecting Claudia was the best, and only, choice for us to handle buying or selling our house. I'd give Claudia 6 stars out of 5! She is that good!

After deciding to purchase a home in Florida, I checked with a few Florida agents, and ultimately chose Claudia Hart to represent us. A native to the area, she has been selling in this area for a long time, and definitely knows the market. She was very responsive to phone calls and texts, and showed us homes remotely with the use of Zoom. Ultimately, when we found our dream home, she navigated us through a bidding war, and we credit her with our success in getting the property. I would not hesitate to refer her to my friends and family and, if I were to ever sell a property, would immediately call her. Claudia is responsive, caring, and there for her buyers.

If you are looking for a Realtor that knows SW Florida well and will be on the ball- Claudia is the one for you! She wrote 4 offers for us before we finally got one locked in amidst this crazy sellers market. She was patient, kind, and went above and beyond on making sure we had ALL the information we needed. Being a realtor myself, my expectations were high and she met them all. She was so quick and being from out of state (IN) and purchasing everything digitally - she was on it!
