As a first time home buyer, I knew if I picked just any realtor, chances are they were going to take advantage of that. That wasn't the case at all with Colby. He told me everything I needed to know, the gray areas of buying a house, that I know most Realtors wouldn't have taken the time to do. All around it was a unique experience with how difficult this seller was to deal with, but Colby took the situation by the reins and got us in our dream house. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result and would refer him to anyone that is looking to not just by a house but a HOME.

This was the main reason we chose Colby but after working with him I believe we choose the best agent for other reasons besides a personal relationship. Colby worked hard to communicate with us and advise us. Colby was always available to answer questions and deal with prospective buyers.
