Buyer reviewI was extremely pleased with the services of Connie Moulaison/Century 21 North Homes Realty. She was professional, attentive, patient, and flexible around my work schedule. I appreciated the COVID-19 safety concerns that were taken to lessen the risk of exposure for myself and others. At the beginning, Connie mentioned that "you'll know" when the right house is found and I can't explain that feeling but it is real and I'm so grateful for Connie for making this happen. Connie Moulaison was very approachable and open with communication whenever I needed anything. She was available through email, phone, and text and I appreciated her checking in with me periodically just to see how I'm doing and feeling with the process. She was attentive to my needs and we were able to 'hone' in on my preferences as we visited more listings. The geography I was looking at was quite large and she was helpful, patient, and wiling to go wherever if it provided a possibility for me. I would recommend Connie Moulaison to family or friends searching or selling their home.

Seller reviewConnie helped my close friend buy a house and I was impressed with how whe worked with her. I knew I could trust Connie to do the best job selling my home. Connie's suggestion that we raise the canopy of the many trees around our house really improved its showing. Also, the photography inside and out (including the use of a drone) captured the beauty of our house and property. Connie is a consummate professional as well as extremely personable.

Seller reviewIt took me a long time in my search for a realtor. I met a few, or already knew several, and even talked to some on the phone. I had Connie's web page and kept coming back to it. There was just something about her that told me she was the one we would want. I dialed her number. The first time we met Connie we both knew we we're in good hands. Personally, I loved the open honesty that just glows from her. She never hedged around a single thing. She explained how the whole selling process worked in words that were to the point and easy to understand. Actually, I probably wouldn't have to understand anything, she took care of it all. She's simply amazing. Should have the highest awards bestowed upon her! She handled absolutely everything. If at any point we weren't sure of anything, all we had to do was ask Connie. And then she often went and sent us something explaining whatever it was even further. Again, all of the above is excellent. And I am being as honest as she has always been with us. I wish I could have her in our new state, helping us finding our new home. No one that I know compares to her. Thank you Connie, for everything!
