Buyer reviewIn addition to working with Connie for the purchase of our primary residence, I have 2 other instances in which Connie's strengths were a huge blessing. I work for the El Dorado Union High School District, and Connie helped us conduct a land valuation for a project in conjunction with Caltrans. She was super helpful and walked us through the process. Additionally, the District was recently presented with an opportunity to purchase a 4 acre parcel adjacent to the one of the high schools, and Connie was extraordinarily helpful in negotiating that deal as well. After visiting different homes with Connie, she was able to get a good feel for our needs and our wants, and she helped us clarify and narrow down what we really wanted.
