Seller reviewCorey sold the unsaleable. He's kind, caring and always available to answer any questions. He's patient and in it for the long haul. My property was in really really bad shape and almost in foreclosure, it took almost a year to sell because it needed a lot of work and on top of that my lender wouldn't communicate. Corey kept pushing and never quit or walked away. He kept a positive attitude and when I would get discouraged he would always see the silver lining. He's awesome! I would highly recommend Corey for any buyer or seller.

Buyer reviewLiving over 900 miles away we purchased our property with little knowledge of the Wildwood area and our major concern was finding someone we could trust to be our "eyes" in Florida. Corey was all that and more. Corey helped us comb through a myriad of listings. He gave us his frank assessment of each property, pointing out where he felt the best value could be found. Corey talked us out a few properties that he could have sold to us. But he really understood what we wanted and wouldn't let us settle for a lesser property. And talk about prompt and diligent! We never had to wait for return texts or phone calls. Corey stayed on our case and made us feel like we were the only customers he was dealing with. To sum it up...Corey put us and our needs first.
