Attending church regularly. My husband and I love boating. Taking some time to go to the beach is especially nice. I love gardening and flowers, making things grow.

Personal Profile
I am Cornelia Gregory and I have been married to Mark Gregory for 41 years. We have 3 children and 6 grandchildren who are the highlights of my life. My in-laws are Jerry and Peggy Gregory who owned Gregory Real Estate & Auction Co. in Springfield before they retired. I give them credit for encouraging me to get my real estate license in 1977. I started selling full time with them in 1984 and have been with Century 21 Robertson County Real Estate, Inc. since 1992. I love what I do, meeting new people and making friends that have lasted over the years. I love seeing buyer's eyes light up when you find them the perfect house. Our Century 21 office is great and I love coming to work every day with all the wonderful agents in our office. There's just not any factor of real estate that I don't like. If you are thinking about buying a new home or selling your present home, I will do my best to get a good market price for you and also make it an enjoyable experience. The Century 21 logo and our gold posts are known nationwide. I strive daily to uphold that same gold standard.
Specializations
I love working with residential property listings and sales, in town and out in the county. I grew up on a farm so I feel comfortable with land sales as well. In recent years I have been involved in several commercial sales too.

Buyer reviewBecause my time, due to my work schedule, to meet and see houses was limited to Sundays so selecting an agent basically came down to who was available on Sunday. I called three other agents that first Sunday of which the calls went to voice mail, they were closed and another one told me to call back Monday. Cornelia not only answered the phone on the Sunday I called, she changed her plans and met us at her office that day. We were impressed with her knowledge of the area. Cornelia took us to a few houses that day however we could not get in to see the one we ended up buying. We decided to come back once she had more time to schedule and research properties for us. It was again on a Sunday Cornelia met with us and showed us 4 houses and we put an offer on one of them. We are very happy with the service Cornelia provided.

Buyer reviewThe first home we saw in Springfield, TN and wanted to look at was listed by another agency. We called the name on the sign and he was not able to show us the home that day. We explained to him that we were relocating from Alabama and had to leave the next morning going back to AL. He still had other commitments and could not show the home, We had passed by Century 21 office and just called the office and spoke with Cornelia. She was at the house in 10 minutes and showed us the home. We felt like we had known her for years. Her personality was friendly and she listed to what we were looking for and actually made arrangements to show us another home that same day. Cornelia was so sweet, kind, understand and knowledgeable. She is the reason we are happy and in our new home. We would highly recommend her.
