We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. If Cory wasn't available he set us up with anything agent who was equally as helpful as him. Overall we greatly enjoyed our experience with Centery 21 and if there's another hour in our future we will be going to Centery 21 and Cory.

I have never sold a home before, and my knowledge of the process was limited because so much has changed in real estate over the years. Cory explained the process to me and I could always contact him, and he always responded in a timely manner. To me, it felt as if Cory made the selling of my property his main priority. I knew he would be agent who could get my house listed and sold, and I never hesitated to contact him. I would always recommend Cory Mell to anyone!

Buyer reviewCory Mell was great and is a genuinely great person, I had dealt with a few realtors previously and they were not nearly as friendly and it was kind of awkward sometimes talking to them. Talking to Cory was like talking to someone I had known for years, he is very friendly and relatable, will talk to you about anything and is very comfortable to be around. As I stated in previous comments, I had a lot on my plate with my child being born just 2 days before I closed on the house, and Cory made the process as stress free as possible. He was always on time, would respond to me no matter what time of the day I reached out, gave a lot of helpful tips and suggestions on how to deal with things, saved me a lot of money along the way. I would 100% recommend him to anyone I know searching for a home, and if I ever move again and he is still in the business I would for sure reach out to him again. Overall very pleased with the experience and now because of his help I finally have a home to move my new family into!
