Craig showed sympathy and was respectful of the emotion of the loss of my mother and selling my childhood home. He was helpful in suggestions in preparing the house for marketing. He had equipment for great pictures to create a beautiful listing. With professional signs, strategically placed and a fair market price we had fast responses, many showings and quick sale. Amazing, considering pandemic, election and holidays! Craig walked me through all aspects of the sale. He even helped with finding a handyman to take care of some items found on inspection report.
