Buyer reviewCraig was amazing in all aspects of the purchase. He gave us great advice so we weren't intimidated by a hot market where properties were sold in just a day or two. He didn't mind our calls and texts at all hours of the days and night and he helped us find just the right property. He had a recommendation for a building inspector, he was always one step ahead of us in terms of when we needed the escrow money or what the next step was. He was really on top of things. He also was a shrewd negotiator, getting us our preferred property with an offer at less than the list price, despite there being another offer on the property. He works magic!
