In the early 1980's, Cris bought her first piece of land. Acting as general contractor, she took out a construction loan to build her first home at age 19 while working as a computer programmer. Having worked for various National and Regional Home Builders for almost 20 years, her insights into how builders work best with customers enables her to provide clients with the best negotiation strategy. She went above and beyond our expectation. Century 21 New Millennium is fortunate to have an agent like Cris. She was instrumental in bringing all parties to the closing table. She has the personality and keen ability to work well with everyone, this helped immensely to sell our home and at our closing. It was beyond pleasurable to work with her. Seller reviewHaving known Cris for almost 20 years, there was no doubt in my mind that she would be the best agent to complete my transaction. Her vast expertise, experience, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond for every client distinguishes her from any other agent I have worked with or known. I have learned that Cris works 24/7/365. She addressed questions my family and I before we even asked and brought up factors that we weren't even aware of to ask. She communicated with us on a daily basis and continually pushed important information to us - we never felt like we were waiting to receive information from her - she was always working in front of us. Her breadth of knowledge is truly impressive, whether discussing marketing, soil analysis, survey processes, etc., she exuded a professionalism and expertise hard to imagine in any other single person. This sale was for a parcel of land my family has owned for 40 years and is outside the National Capital Region. Despite being over 90 minutes away, Cris made multiple trips to the property, met with county representatives, researched the local market, and engaged with several engineering firms and other vendors to ensure the property was best represented and prepared for sale. In short, she did 99.9% of the work to ensure my family experienced the easiest real estate sale in history (in my opinion, she did 200% more than any other agent would have). Will never use another agent besides Cris Hittle for any real estate transaction again!!!
