My name is Cristina Wray and I am an Associate Broker and Realtor® with Century 21 Nachman Realty. Seller reviewI could not thank Cristina enough for being patient and understanding and helping me through this long process of selling my home even though we were in different state. She went above and beyond any real estate agent I've ever worked with. She explained in detail how this process will go being that we are not in the same state like 3000 miles away. She set up everything so it would be a easy transaction. She respected my time and was very transparent about the situation of the house. Any questions I hade she answered right away. Cristina sent weekly update about the house. When we move back to VA I will definitely use her in purchasing a new home. Thank you so much Cristina you are an amazing person extraordinary real estate agent. The overall experience was wonderful . The time she put in to helping me sell our home was immeasurable and she always said my pleasure never once did I feel I was not in good hands. She handle things at her end in a timely manner always communicating very clearly with me breaking down anything I didn't understand because this was the first time I've ever sold a home. Plus the house was in my husband name only and he is on deployment on subs so she had to deal with me being the POA. I know I pose some challenge because there was things that I had to get order but she worked with me and help me through everything. She worked with me she kept me up-to-date and she also make sure to notify me that I was getting an email. Cristina stay on top of thing and kept me in the loop. Being a military family it's hard because you can't be there to do the transaction. Cristina set it up so I would not have to travel back. She took good care are of everything. I will be recommending her to all my military friends and family!!!

As a former military spouse, we also felt she definitely understood the challenges related to active military family relocations. Cristina's knowledge and experience was critical in navigating the significant challenges that the market presented at the beginning of 2022. We were aggressively searching the housing market for a suitable home in Virginia while physically being located in California. Cristina tirelessly searched and attended open houses and private showings with us using video conferencing applications in order for us to assess the properties we were interested in. Cristina worked day, night and weekends to quickly draft and submit offer proposals for each home within a few hours of our discussions. She expertly explained each document and secured the contract for our home within 24 hours of offer submission and well within our budget. Cristina's patience and knowledge of the real estate market was essential to our success in purchasing our home. After several months of being outbidded on offers on homes she never exhibited frustration and keep us from giving up and kept us encouraged. Searching for and finding the perfect home for us from 3000 miles away was made seemless by Cristina Wray.
