My name is Cristina Wray and I am an Associate Broker and Realtor® with Century 21 Nachman Realty. My business is based on a commitment to continued education, strong negotiation & communication skills, integrity, and a positive attitude. I focus diligently on every aspect of the buying and/or selling process to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. My extensive knowledge of our market, attention to detail, and passion to assist my clients in achieving "The American Dream of Homeownership" or selling their current home are just a few of the reasons I have gained a strong base of satisfied clients who have become loyal clients and friends.

Buyer reviewMrs. Wray was very accessible and willing to provided service for me while I was overseas. Apon my arrival to the states she had went above and beyond in locating temporary residence for rental property and in turn 6 months later I called apon Mrs. Wray service once again to purchase my permanent residence. It was a great experience with clear understanding of the process of purchasing a home. My statement comes from a confusing ordeal with my very first home I purchased 11 years ago but this was very different and whole lot better with Mrs. Wray.

Seller reviewWith Mrs. Wray's suggestions and marketing skills, the property was only on the market for approximately two days before she had a buyer. She is very thorough with negotiations, closing and understanding of our needs. She is a pleasure to work with, and was always available to answer questions. We will definitely be using her services in the future. She looks out for her clients. She is an asset to Century21. In the pass we dealt with Century21 with purchasing and rental properties. We had several bad experiences to the point that we chose another property management company. So, we were very reluctant to work with anyone from Century21. A relative of ours suggested Mrs. Wray. We still hesitated for several weeks. She contacted us She was very professional and understanding. So, we decide to sign her as our agent. We are very glad we did. We look forward to working with her again.
