Seller reviewWorking with Cuilian Mo was just amazing. She always put our needs first and seeks the best interest for us. She is extremely helpful and responsible with very positive working attitude. She gets things done in an efficient way with no exception. She is very personable and easy to work with. Her expertise makes her very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process, from quality of houses to legal aspects of the transaction. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anybody who wants to buy/sell the house and I will definitely choose her again!! Overall, Cuilian Mo is the best agent I've ever worked with. Cuilian is the best!!!

Buyer reviewCuilian is a great agent, and we have become good friends after purchasing our new home. She knew our needs, and is knowledgeable about the market. She is really good at bidding on a house. At first, we were not the first choice of the seller because we didn't offer the highest price under Cuilian's suggestion. But with Cuilian's effort and negotiation, the seller finally accepted our offer, and we got the house that we really love. She also pays attention to details when we worked on inspection. We found some problems with the house during inspection, and then Cuilian tried her best to find specialists for us to evaluate the problems. I really appreciate all her efforts, and am extremely satisfied with her performance. I would like to recommend her to my friends when they need a real estate agent.

Buyer reviewCuilian was extremely punctual and dedicated (answering questions even after 11 pm). She was great at understanding the client's needs and really making sure her client got the best deal possible. Saving money and time was always a concern for her and she also knew the area I was buying in very well. Highl recommend if you want an attentative and cost-saving realtor.
