We are extremely fortunate that with Curt's expertise and guidance, our home was under contract in 2 days. We spoke frequently and he kept us up to date with all the steps involved for the sale. We had no worries whatsoever and everything went just as planned. Excellent! Professional in every way. He spent time listening to our concerns and we knew he understood our situation. When we had questions, he was always available to answer them promptly. We trusted him completely from the beginning and knew he would be right by our side through the sale and closing. Curt has always made himself available to us even when we were not ready to sell. I have never felt any pressure or felt that I was wasting his time. Curt knows the area fairly well and priced my home at the right price which sold fairly quickly. He walked us through the process and helped us close, all the while, understanding our needs. I will definitely use Curt again and/or refer any of my family/friends.

Seller reviewCurt took into account my disabled husband, my school aged children, and our family's budget in selling our home and purchasing a new house. Had I listed the house at his recommended price, it would have sold much sooner. It sold for exactly what he recommended. He worked tirelessly to find a new house much better suited to us and we are all excited to make it our home. Curt and his staff were extremely empathetic to our family's special needs in finding a new home. No call or question ever went unanswered. Curt's professionalism and knowledge along with his sense of humor kept me from going off the deep end during the entire process which was extremely emotional for my family. I have already recommended Clemens and Sons Century 21 and I will continue to do so.
