Curt checked in with us off and on as potential properties became available. When we arrived at the decision of our home we purchased, it appeared that the whole transaction was streamlined and easy. Curt's knowledge of the Grayling area was a plus. When it was time to list our house we sold, again, everything went amazingly smooth. I was always 'in the know' about opinions of those that looked at the house. Curt's communication was always at the appropriate times and not overdone.
