I have no doubt in my mind (in part because the sellers agent told us this in no uncertain terms) that Cyndy's professionalism and creative deal negotiation skills were the reason we are moving into our first home this weekend. Cyndy was both an advocate for us with all other parties related to the transaction and an adviser on the many confusing steps of first time home buying.
