The other realtor often detailed incorrect information on documentation and was slow in communicating with her, and Cindy was quick to get this corrected. At closing, which was challenging for a variety of reasons beyond her control, Cindy was communicative, supportive, and always calm and reassuring. Cindy was timely and thorough in her communications (text, phone, email) with me. I knew I could ask a question and I would be "heard." I trusted her wisdom, knowledge, and guidance implicitly.
