She was direct and knowledgeable and I was immediately impressed by her . Her kindness, professionalism, and knowledge of the area were evident in that first conversation. She immediately became my friend and realator. Cynthia made recommendations and suggestions to get the house ready for sale. She answered all of my questions and did staging of the house. Everything she did worked so well that a buyer for the house was found within 2 weeks. I have recommended Cynthia Castleberry to the people I know in the area. She met me at the house when I finally came to see it. She helped get my water heater replaced and I really could never have asked for or expected more from anyone. She has been so kind. She even came out to my new home the very first night and chatted with me. I adore this woman. You have such a great team member on your staff! Truly I feel as though I have gained a friend. ?
