As a Director of a federal grant program for the University of South Carolina - Spartanburg she learned the importance of accountability and her management skills (oversaw 4 grant programs and their staff in Spartanburg, Richland, Cherokee and Union counties). There were so many "bumps in the road" that she handled without reserve.... Cindi was like a friend, not a real estate person. She was ALWAYS there when needed. (Which was often).
