Buyer reviewCyndy listened to what we wanted. We had carefully put together a list of things we wanted/did not want and she took that into account. She was up front about the condition of some of the homes she wanted us to see as she took into account that we were not afraid of rolling up our sleeves and do work. She took us to see places that we found in addition to those she presented to us. All in all, it was a good experience because Cyndy realized we were mature buyers who would take advantage of the right opportunity.

Seller reviewCyndy Silver could not have done a better job for us. The day she came to our home and provided us with her strategy for selling our house we knew we chose the right realtor. Cyndy is professional, very knowledgable about all aspects of real estate, always answered our questions in a very timely manner while maintaining a wonderful sense of humor. We cannot list all of her positive qualities, however, we highly recommend Cyndy Silver as the realtor to choose if you want someone who is easy to work with and will get the job done for you. Seller reviewMy broker selection was intuitive initially by seeing Cyndy's picture in the newspaper & the write-up on her qualifications. The deal was sealed after meeting her, hearing her explain her marketing plan for us & her credentials prior to being a Century 21 agent. She was intelligent in her details & confident (with humility). I believed in her & what she was saying & knew I could work with her. As it turned out, I was 100% correct. Selling any property is hard work if done right by the seller & the agent. It must be a 2 way commitment. Cyndy was agreeable to any of my suggestions (such as no open houses) & it worked out well for both of us. It would be difficult to find anyone with the integrity, patience, & time to satisfy all the requests/demands of this type of work, than Cyndy.
