Dale Jervis remembers how it felt to walk down the street with his grandfather. It seemed like everywhere they went, somebody would say hello and stop and chat with him. And, to young Dale, it just seemed perfectly normal. Seller reviewDale Jervis took the time to inspect the property thoroughly and gave us recommendations on how we should prepare the property for sale along with vendors to perform the work. He and his team took excellent photos of the house and conducted a great marketing campaign which resulted in significant interest for the open house. All of this culminated in multiple offers well above asking price.

The second house was an estate sale and Dale had to balance the needs and requests of siblings. His honesty, integrity, patience, flexibility and tact were put to the test and he passed with flying colors! Not only did he sell the home at way over the listing price, but also smoothly and fairly worked out potential contingencies and requests from the buyer (this was the case for both houses).
