Seller reviewIf you had star ratings....Dale would get 10 of 5 for patients, understanding, and helpful!!! Ours was a paperwork nightmare since there were four couples that owned the house. One couple is divorced, another couple had the death of a spouse, and another had put their share in a trust! Dale got us a fair price for the house in a shorter than expected period of time. his staff got through everything in spite of our "situations"!!! Will definitely recommend Dale to anyone we know or speak to that is interested in buying or selling a home in the Poconos!

Buyer reviewDale was truly amazing. The seller's realtor was not in town for most of the pre-closing and Dale made sure everything got done, even if it was not technically "his job." He was very personable, responsive and knowledgeable. Dale was a great resource during the entire process. This is the first vacation home we have purchased and we intend to rent it out part of the time. Dale was very helpful in helping us chose a home based on our needs as well as the needs of the future renters. There were so many little details and considerations that he brought to our attention that we would not have thought of on our own. We could not be happier with Dale and our overall experience.
