Buyer reviewDale made sure to look at each house as if he were going to live there. When a house was water damaged he gave us advice to run and we are so grateful for his honest opinion. He found us the perfect house, spending countless holidays and weeknights to make sure we found it.

Even though I handled the sale for my father Dale was always respectful and directed the questions and concerns to him. He definitely treated my dad as the home owner. Dad understood this was a difficult move for dad and expressed sincere empathy. The sale was fast but dale was always proactive. We felt that Dale always had our best interest in mind. I have referred him to several people. It was truly amazing that it sold to the first people who looked at it. The house needed much cleaning and clearing. That didn't deter Dale. He said buyers would look at the assets and not the the stuff that was in it. That turned out to be true. He had a good handle on selling this piece of property. I'd use him again and have referred him to friends. I really enjoyed him as a person. Excellent

Knew my area very well; and was very up to date with information. It was a very complicated time period as a first time home buyer, and Dale did a very great job making this a smooth process.
