She always kept me up to date on what was transpiring with the transaction which was very complicated and made every effort to meet my schedule. She was always honest in her assessment of available options to facilitate the completion of the sale I also appreciated her knowledge of the area and her knowing what my needs were. She was excellent.

Dalena is amazing. She listened to our wants and needs and took a sincere interest in finding us a new home. She showed us several homes and never tired of helping us search for the right one. Not one time did we ever feel pressured or pushed to make a decision. Once we decided on a property she continued to work hard on our behalf all the way to closing. Dalena was considerate, easy to communicate with, and really listened to our needs. She made the whole process an easy one. We were living in Franklin, NC, and on several occasions Dalena took time to drive out to a property we were interested in and do a walk-thru video for us. Since she knew what we were looking for she would tell us that a certain property was not right for us (ex: a property next door that was not cared for). She went above and beyond to help us find our last home (prayerfully!). Whenever we had a question by email or phone, she was always prompt in getting back with us. Believe me, we ran this poor girl crazy, but she always said it was ok...she was here for us. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she was quick to find out and never gave an unreliable answer as we have experienced in the past with other realtors. She is absolutely trustworthy and cares about people. Robert is Dalena's partner, and was easy to work with as well. He was polite, respectful and a great help in the process. Absolutely the best experience we have had considering the distance and circumstances of the closing on our other house. Dalena was exceptionally knowledgeable and efficient as our realtor.
