Buyer reviewMy experience with Dan Baker was almost entirely over the phone and e-mail because I do no live in the area where I was purchasing a residence. He was extremely helpful walking me through the required "paperwork" on line and informing me on the things I should be aware of during the process. Dan did an exceptional job negotiating the purchase price I wanted. When I finally met him in person, he was very happy to spend time going through the property and offering information with area services that I would be needing. I am planning on calling Dan Baker again when it is time to sell.

He was very knowledgeable on the pricing trends in the local market, and offered realistic assessments of the properties advantages and disadvantages. Dan was also helpful in determining an aggressive, yet realistic offer. The negotiation and closing process played out exactly as he had described. Dan took the time to thoroughly explain the closing process and he was quick to return phone calls. Highly recommended!
