In comparing various realtor websites, the Dairyland Realty North property photos (both interior and exterior) consistently presented their properties with a more professional look than many other firms. Dan personally takes the property photos and he spent well over 2 hours getting all the details just right so the "first impression" of our property showed extremely well both online and in print media.

This was a difficult and long sale process. Dan kept all parties engaged and committed to closing. He was persistent and worked diligently on getting finance approval for the buyers.
