Personal Profile
As a child we lived all over the U. S. and eventually moved to San Diego, California when I was 16. I attended Cal State Fullerton and graduated with a B.A. in Advertising Communications and a minor in Business Administration. I worked as the Regional Marketing Coordinator for Costco's L.A./Orange County region for many years before meeting my Marine Corps husband and once again started moving all over the U.S. as well as Okinawa, Japan. We relocated to Yuma in 2006 and decided to make it our permanent home. I became a realtor in 2010 because I have always enjoyed working with people and wanted to use my "moving" experience (20 times total) to help make the process of buying or selling your home as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I've now sold everything from single family homes, condos and manufactured homes to commercial properties, land and even co-ops. I've always been a full time agent and will dedicate my time and knowledge to meet your real estate needs. Seller reviewWanted comparison with other broker and called Century 21. Fortunately Dana answered and her enthusiasm for the property was greater than other broker plus ease in dealing with her. There were several changes to the listed price and she handled them all well, including owner suggestions. Flyers were changed and delivered promptly. In difficult economic times she carried on and kept in touch, offering encouragement and suggestions. Along the way she was patient and kind, giving us an education in realistic price and timing. Fully satisfied with Dana Combs' performance. She was excellent.

Buyer reviewWe enjoyed working with Dana in purchasing and later selling a previous property. We enjoy her candor, her sense of humor and knowledge of local market. This transaction was complicated because we initiated the offer just as Dana was leaving and was out of the country. Time zones 10 hours apart and sketchy internet made it confusing at times. But she really rose to the challenge and made it work! Dana went above and beyond to help us through this transaction.
