Buyer reviewDana is an awesome real estate agent. She always does her best to provide the latest information in a timely manner. I previously worked with another real estate agent, but he quit because he didn't feel competent enough. Dana, however, never gave up. I always asked questions because it was my first time purchasing a home. But Dana was always there guiding me along the way. She was always a phone call away. I never struggled trying to get a hold of her. Another positive thing about Dana, she never complained. Always very professional and worked with a positive attitude. I felt welcomed to ask her anything. I never felt intimidated. I can honestly say i trusted her with the entire process and this is coming from an engineer. Engineers have a hard time trusting others until the other person can prove their worth. Either way im highly satisfied!

Seller reviewDana Cox is fantastic! We had to do a VA short sale and she went above and beyond to make sure we understood and to make sure we would have a smooth process. We have young kids and it would cold and then extremely hot and she would make sure the potential buyers knew we would be home so that the little ones wouldn't have to be subjected to harsh elements. We had to move out of state for new jobs before the home finalized and she not only made sure realtors followed the guidelines, she made the lights were turned off and even ensured the yard stayed mowed! We definitely couldn't have done this without her! She is extremely knowledgeable with VA which was also a requirement. We are so grateful to have found her to help us sell our home. If we had not moved out of state, we would have purchased our next home with her. We would definitely recommend her to friends and family for their real estate needs! She went above and beyond and we are so grateful for her!
