I graduated high honors with a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering at the age of 20 and quickly rose through the leadership ranks of GE, TECO Energy and Progress Energy before transitioning to the entrepreneurial world of real estate, an industry I have loved since childhood. I am a retired real estate attorney. I have engaged Dania Perry to assist me in selling two upscale homes. I could have not been more pleased with her knowledge of the market and her professionalism. I have subsequently referred her to friends of mine and they too have been likewise pleased with her services. I know of no agent that has more experience in marketing water front homes in the Tampa Bay Area. I highly recommend her to any and all reading these comments.

There is nobody in the beach market that knows it like Dania. I trust her and her judgement, and my trust was rewarded with a quick sale at the right price. She knows so much about the market that I actually feel for her competitors as they are at a tremendous disadvantage. I have used her 4 times (bought and sold 2 homes through Dania) and we were successful in all regards every time. I will use her again should the need and opportunity arise. Could not have gone much better or quicker. Very pleased. She knows the price to sell a home, what it will sell for to meet a particular time constraint (i.e. a quick sell to cover a contingency). She knows people, the process, and the market like nobody that I have ever dealt with.

Dania Perry and her partner Rick Perry are an amazing team of pros. They are absolutely meticulous with the attention to detail around showing and marketing your property. Dania was at every showing, she worked very hard to bring qualified buyers to our home while it was for sale. She was respectful of our time and schedules and worked with the buyers to make sure the showings worked for everyone.
