WE KNEW WE WERE GOING TO USE DANI AS SOON AS WE MET HER. SHE HAS THAT PERSONALITY THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO INTERACT WITH HER NOT ONLY ON A BUSINESS LEVEL...BUT ALSO TO BE HER FRIEND. SHE NEVER FAILED....NOT EVEN ONCE...TO ANSWER ANY OF OUR QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS....AND FAST....SHE GOT BACK TO US WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. WE HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER....AND WOULD USE HER AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. SHE'S THE BEST-EST !!!! JUST SAYING!

I was hesitant to use a real estate agent because in the past they have always been very pushy and make it quite clear they just want to make a sale. Danielle is the complete opposite. She wants you to be happy with your home, even if that means it will take a bit of work. She's amazing and has big things ahead of her in the real estate world!

I would highly recommend Dani Kemp for your real estate needs. She is very responsive, easy to talk to , kind, and smart. If she does not know an answer she will seek it out as soon as possible. I am very pleased and thankful for her help! She went above and beyond, especially for me as I was moving in from out of state.

Dani was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the status of homes in the area i was interested in purchasing a new home. Dani set and communicated every aspect of purchasing a home through email, text and phone communication.Dani was prepared at each property we viewed with CMA's and area information about scools,traffic,business and my commute to work that was very important on my list of needs.Dani handled all escrow money in a timely manner and with complete informationof copies and emails of each transaction.Dani attended my closing meeting as to wich i was very pleased that together we caught an error in the final Docs that would have been a substantial monetary mistake.
