As a native Floridian originally from Plant City, I grew up enjoying all that the Tampa Bay area has to offer. After briefly living in New York and Pennsylvania, I couldn't move back home to Florida fast enough!
As your neighbor, I am concerned about the same things you are....great neighborhoods, schools, shopping, excellent medical care, professional sports teams, and great entertainment. Living in the Tampa Bay area is like living in a resort full time. We are close to the best beaches in the country, Disney, international airports, and countless other attractions. With my knowledge of this area, I can help you find exactly what you are looking for in a home, neighborhood, and lifestyle.
Since 2015, I have been a licensed real estate agent helping many buyers and sellers navigate their way through the process of moving. Along the way, I have gained valuable experiences working with mortgage and insurance companies, title companies, home inspectors, and many others to help make your buying and selling process go smoothly.
My husband and I are very proud to have 5 grown children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. We also are lucky enough to have my Mom, brothers, and tons of extended family members living close by. We enjoy spending time with family, road trips, trying new recipes, walks on the beach to watch the beautiful Florida sunsets.

Buyer reviewDarbie Pfeiffer has been a friend for years. When she found out I was looking for a new place to rent, she asked if I had considered buying. I told her I had not saved enough money to do so at this time. She asked me to meet her at the Copper Creek Townhomes and both Nancy and Darbie encouraged me to see if I qualified for a loan. Once seeing the location and understanding the process, I was able to see the advantage of buying. Darbie helped me to see my dream and achieve my dream. I thank her for knowing me enough to push me in the right direction. When we went to the walk through, before the closing, Darbie could see that I was discontent about the patio floor. It had been painted, but painted over unlevel. It appeared that the spackling had hardened onto the cement floor and instead of scraping the spackling off, they just painted over it. Darbie was my voice and they repaired the problem. She also saw some imperfections that I would have missed if she had not been there. Darbie and I have worked together in the past in a different field. Seeing Darbie Pfeiffer as a realtor was truly fascinating, because I could see her in a different roll. She will thrive as a realtor, because she has the right personality to serve the public. I am excited for her in her new found profession.

Seller reviewBeing an out-of-town seller, Darbie Pfeiffer was above and beyond helpful. She coordinated inspections and then follow-up repairs with multiple vendors over a two week period ! We knew we could count on her follow through re the multiple loose ends to complete prior to closing. Finally, closing occurred on the day and time scheduled.
