This was my first experience and I believe she tried to make it as pleasurable as it could be. Darci was very informative as to loan programs in my area that I may qualify for. I definitely appreciated all that help. I do believe she know this area well and has a lot of qualified professionals if you do need assistance.

Seller reviewDarci Watson was our agent when my Mom bought her home 1 1/2 years ago and did a great job. We called on Darci again to sell the home after Mom passed away. This was obviously a hard time for us, but Darci took control and within 2 weeks had us in escrow at full asking price. Seller reviewI watched Darci advertising her properties constantly on Facebook for at least a couple months, I wanted someone who was going to get after it. Our market has lots of houses that sit. And she did just that, got after it. We had multiple open houses and lots of online advertising. We were hoping to be moved before the holidays, and we moved out on Thanksgiving Day. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond. We had a few situations where she stepped in and helped out where other realtors would not have. You will not regret using Darci, she delivers.
