Buyer reviewI would recommend Darci to anyone looking for a home in Calaveras or Amador counties. She was very helpful in every respect and truly put us exactly where we wanted to be, even though we didn't know it at the time. We are very happy with our purchase and the location could not have been better. We could not have done it without her.

Buyer reviewWe had known another realtor at Stark for 20 yrs and had previously dealt with him. However, he was very uninterested in our needs etc and had not done one thing for us. Darci was flat on it. She had listings emailed to me immediately!! She also set up a showing of properties immediately, She truly wanted to help us and was very very assertive. We found property the first time we went out with her.Darci also wrote a letter to the owners of the parcel next to the one we just purchased, She had a response from those sellers within a week and we closed within another week. Now how much better can you get!! She is fantastic !!

Buyer reviewWe met Darci Watson over the phone as she had a property listed in her area. She was out of town and made things happen for us to go see. We were not interested in that piece, but later that day we had put in an offer on a property that we saw prior in a different area/county. The listing agent we were working with was representing both sides. We got a weird feeling about the scenario once offer was placed. We reached out to Darci to represent us. We had gotten a very good feeling from her as she was on top of helping us earlier. She acquainted herself quickly with our deal and other moving pieces and became invested in our success, and it was apparent. That deal did not go through "thankfully". Darci was then very patient with us, really honing in on what we were looking for. My wife and I were not even as sure of what that was. She then found us a home that was precisely what we were looking for, and even with all the moving pieces, she was always on top of it. Amazing realtor. We have already referred her, even to our notary while signing docs. :)

She has excellence work ethic while working with all the people involved, selling agent, my other agent, loan officers, title company, and inspectors, etc. Darci has alot of knowledge of properties in the area. She was always there to answer any questions. Her referrals to all my request were greatly appreciated. We hope to build on our friendship with her in the future.

Buyer reviewDarci was EXTREMELY professional and helpful with our purchase. She went above and beyond! She was never hard to reach and always knew how to get answers for us when needed. She wasn't pushy, like a salesman would typically be. We never felt like we were working with someone who was looking to make a profit but rather someone who had our best interest in mind. She is great at what she does and we recommend her to everyone we know. So thankful to have gotten to work with her during this process and look forward to working with her again one day. We appreciate her so much!! Always pleasant and helpful! I feel like she must never sleep because she is on top of everything and always knows the answers to questions and is very responsive and receptive to questions and concerns. Cannot recommend her enough!
