Buyer reviewI was almost ready to drop out of the deal when Libna Viruet from the Fifth Third Bank recommended I contact Darlene. She immediately took charge of everything on my behalf. Ensuring that all needed inspections were not only completed but finished in a timely manner as well. I can honestly say without her support I would have been absolutely lost and I think the house would have lost. Couple the forgoing with the fact that Crescent City is 62 miles from Ocala. One has no problem seeing that Darlene had super dedication to her profession and seeing that I was dealt with fairly. Several times she traveled to Ocala conferring with me prior to closing on the house. Definitely a role model for her peers. She is truly a person that can stay on top of the situation and get things done I would not hesitate to recommend her.
