I am an avid lover of the DC, MD, VA (DMV) area and believe this is one of the best places on earth to live a happy, healthy life and raise a family. I am a native of the area and I know the city very well, from its historical landmarks, to its rapidly changing neighborhoods. I really felt he went to bat for me in securing open houses, asking questions to sellers, and bargaining for closing costs to my benefit. I never felt pressured and he was always very personable and professional. He was also highly observant; for instance, he noted a drainage issue at one location that I would have overlooked. I appreciated his expertise!
