We searched for almost a year in Lancaster County to find a home where we could have our horses with us, our agent we had at Berkshire did not work for us and we adventure in looking in York County. Three days, that is all it took for us to find this property, call Century 21 and meet Darvi. I think we put an offer in that same day and in two days it was accepted. This all took place in November and was planing for settlement at the end of the year, but there was a speed bump, horses were not allowed. Had to appeal in front of the zoning board and Darvi came with us for support. Then neighbor's behind gave us two years to have the barn removed because 5" of the corner was on their property. After settlement because the barn was torn down the value of the property had gone down $4,000. Needless to say, we are living at 1550 Freysville Road for two weeks now and are happy every time we look out our living room window and see our horses over in the pasture grazing. This wouldn't have been possible without Darvi Emenheiser. It was one hell of a roller coaster ride and well worth it. Darvi, you were worked for us and you got us what we wanted.
