I entered the real estate profession, as a full-time Realtor, in October 1993. This a profession that I never had any idea of coming to, other to buy and sell my personal homes when the time required it. But, a much higher power decided that I should put all that I had learned throughout my life in the military, my education, and my everyday experience to work helping other people. So, even though it sounded like a ridiculous idea, I took my background and channeled it to helping people who have needs that center around real estate. It has truly been a blessing for me to be able to help as many people as I've been able to over the nearly three decades in this profession and I look forward to helping many more. My goal is simply to give people the best service I possibly can and provide them with a solution to their real estate needs. We took pictures but never had the house really on the market, it sold when we had it temporarily off the market so I could find a house. Everything really happened in one day! Dave is the best!

Buyer reviewI bought my first house 5 years ago with the help of Dave and absolutely would not consider working with anyone else if he is still in the business. He is out to do what is right for me. He tells me things to look for, he reminds me of things when I need to be reminded. He is very patient and I never once felt pressured to do anything. This time was complicated because I had to sell my house and buy a house and it needed to happen at the same time. Dave made sure it all worked out, without him I don't know if I could have ever done this. Honestly the best! I am a teacher, pay attention to detail and at times maybe get a bit stressed out. So thank you so much for having patience and time to take me through every part of buying and selling and teaching me a lot in the process. He is the best! He wasn't going to get me into the wrong house, he was always looking out for what was best for me. Not sure how we got this to all work out, but we did it! I'm sitting in my new house happy as can be. Thank you!
